For this purpose, we present the MKM representation formats in a human-oriented language and use them in a relational media presentation. Our experiment is used in the context of a semantic webs research project (). It demonstrates that MKM representations can be used in the semantic web to efficiently represent information. The representation formats are combined from different sources, creating a new format (assertion). MKM representations can therefore also be used as a replacement for the XML 1.0 (schema) and the HTML documents. We demonstrate that MKM representations can efficiently carry information as the human-oriented, semantic representations contain information such as relations, the logical order in paragraphs, and information about the order of presentation in a sequence. Experiments with an open dataset show that the information conveyed by MKM representations is comparable to human-oriented representations and that the processing time is not any worse than XML 1.0 and HTML. The presentation of these representations can be done on the Web and used in the semantic webs research project (). We demonstrate that the same format can be used for hierarchical and unstructured document representations. We demonstrate that our data, available through the W3 Consortium () can be re-usable as open data and can even be used in the Web application Metaled.
