(ii) Products sold as novelty items; sports equipment, including sports uniforms; and products such as cleaning supplies, toiletries, food products, sporting event and sporting merchandise, musical instruments, furniture, electronic components and parts, jewelry, electronics and audio-visual products and services. (iii) Products sold as an accessory and shall not include any product purchased separately. (iv) A product such as a game designed to simulate a legal consumer product. (v) Products sold as souvenirs or as a gift for someone other than the consumer. (vi) A product that is not a consumer product and is sold for use as a gift between adults or families. (vii) A licensed product which is designed to serve as an educational tool and that is not intended to be used for a commercial purpose including, but not limited to, educational, academic or religious purposes. (3) Licensed Product; Distribution; Pricing, Delivery and Marketing A. LICENSE TO LICENSE. A licensee is entitled to sell a licensed product pursuant to this Agreement.
