The bidder has to provide following information : Names of the bidders, address, e-mail, telephone (if applicable) Proctor of the Bids (please refer here for details) Proposal description Exact size and approximate dimensions of the proposed project, including the aircraft for which the application is applied for Proposals to be filed in English, Sindh or Urdu Proposal cover letter Proposing bank and accounts name, address, account number Proposals must have the following information printed on the application and at the top of each page. Payment details : name, title, date of birth Bids have 6 pages total and all pages must be numbered consecutively 1 – 6. Paper work will be completed in Tender Book. After the tender book is closed the proposals will be closed. The winner will be determined from those who have submitted the highest number of successful sealed bids. In order to ensure maximum utilization of available space on the tender book the bids submitted in the order they were received will be counted with respect to the open tender book. All documents must be received at or before the closing date and time for all tender procedures and the winning bid will be made public at the Procurement and Logistics Building, Islamabad, Pakistan. All sealed bids have been sent to Tender Book Department at PIA for acceptance.
