Here is a summary of some major enhancements for the new newsletter: Updated and Expanded Newsletter Contents Updated and extended the news stories in the newsletter. All the stories that were published in previous issues are available in the new newsletter. Updated and Extended News Stories For example, in the September newsletter, we published a story that discussed ways to improve payment processing performance, and a second story that discusses new payment solutions. Both stories are included in the newest issue for customers and for the Wells Fargo Customer Care Representatives. New Email Alerts Wells Fargo now provides new information alerts for all its customers. Customers simply enter the email address associated with their online account, sign into the Bank Website, and then click on the “Alerts” link. Enhanced Features in the new newsletter We now offer you a new subscription which includes information about the features and benefits within a particular month's issue of the Wells Fargo Bank News Service. To subscribe online, click on “Subscribe to the Wells Fargo Bank News Service” in Wells Fargo's web address bar and click on a specific month's newsletter topic. For example, you could subscribe for the October newsletter topic. You will need to provide at least the last four digits of your social security number, your date of birth, your email address, your phone number, and the password you used for your online account. To subscribe through the telephone: Dial or and select option 5. You should receive a message asking you if you would like to subscribe.
