Understand the process used to assess and develop addiction treatment goals. 3. Understand how gambling and other addiction traits interact and influence each other and have their own goals. 4. Understand the concept of Cognitive Behavioral Treatment. 5. Apply this knowledge to treatment problems in the study group at a treatment facility. 6. Apply learning in treatment related areas to a problem at home including family dynamics, anger management, life skills and other issues. 7. Develop problem gambling and its co-occurring disorders into work problems. 8.
