Attach a copy of your Certificate of Compliance to the application. Note If you file a Form GST197 and you do not complete and attach a Statement of Compliance with this form, the CRA may ask the application to be reviewed for completeness, and they may cancel your return and send you a Notice of Return Compliance (NOR) to the address listed on the NOR.
