The first and most important difference is that in our approach we use a feature-extraction framework based on a part-of-speech (POS) hierarchy. This hierarchical relationship between the components of a sentence can be used to recognize the most relevant parts of a sentence. For instance, the POS extraction methods we developed for this work extract the main parts of a sentence as follows: main parts of a sentence = (subject1 + verb1) + (object1 + object2) + (constituents1) + (contents1) + (noun1) plus various other parts of a sentence. A feature extraction framework based on a part-of-speech hierarchy. N-grams in the dictionary We developed a new method based on the structure of natural language to obtain large-scale word-frequency distributions. The word frequency distribution can be obtained from a language with a well-known N-gram list. Our N-gram based feature extraction method is based on the distribution of the “N” values in these N-grams on a scale from 0 (no N-grams in the list) to n-grams or n-gram pairs. These N values are expressed on the N-gram scale. A natural language-based feature extraction method we developed for this work is based on the distribution of n-grams in a natural language. The word frequency distribution can be obtained from a natural language with the structure described in the following figure. Using a natural language as the representation system, we get the word-frequency distribution that represents each word with probability between 1 and 2, where 1 indicates the frequency of every single word in the language, and 2 indicates the frequency of at almost every other word. The scale has 5 levels that represent different frequencies of different types of words. The frequency distribution of the full sentence is: We also created the following plots to show the distribution of each N-gram and words. The plot for the first two N-grams can be shown here: The plot for the first word (here: “camel”): The plot for the second word (here: “manage”:) The plot for each word (here: “camel”:; “manage”:): In Figure 1 below you can see the distribution of the first (n-grams) word “Manage”.
