The person, committee, or the individual nominated or the nominated committee is the responsible and the nominated committee or the nominated individual is the responsible party. For purposes of this section (1), the responsible party need not be the party making a nomination. C. A nomination paper in the following form may be used: Nomination to (name of nomination) for (position nominated).
