The Central Missouri Occupational Therapy Practice of The Missouri State Board of Examiners for Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistants: In cooperation with the Kansas Occupational Therapy Association, The Missouri State Board of Examiners for Occupational Therapy and occupational therapy assistants is currently seeking an applicant to fill vacancies for two (2) Occupational Therapy Assistants, who would qualify to continue practicing under the Board's guidelines and requirements as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Applicants must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy or Advanced Occupational Therapy. The Occupational Therapy Assistants would provide occupational therapy services within the scope prescribed by the board and the Kansas State Board of Examiners for Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistants. Applicants must possess a state license in the state or territory of their proposed practice, and be familiar with the board's recommendations on the subject of medical liability and professional ethics. The Occupational Therapy Assistants must have the education and experience for this position. Occupational therapy assistants must possess a bachelor's degree, or equivalent educational and professional degree, or have a general education development certificate or the equivalent, and 3 years of related experience, within the last 10 years.
