If your account is not yet fully set up, please have your provider name, address, phone number, type of claim, and any other additional information added to it. (i.e.: claim type, amount, and/or length). If you are using a credit card(s) for your account, you must purchase the EDI membership within 90 days after purchase date. The Premium Benefits include: FREE access to Current Coverage and/or Lifetime Coverage; and; Free access to EDI Expert Services/Support. Please be aware that EDI will not provide EDI member access to medical, financial or legal services without a valid subscription to EDI PRO Membership to which you are subscribed. Your credit card must be charged on or before the following date to avoid being charged by EDI solution resellers for the Premium Benefits. If it is not billed on or before the above date, your credit card will be charged 10 for each month after. If you do not wish to subscribe to EDI PRO Membership, please contact US for an authorization number. If you are unable or unwilling to purchase the Premium Benefits, you must enroll within the above 90-day period for your FREE membership.
