AND NOW, THEREFORE, we, or our trustees, or in our absence, the Executors, or such successors as the court may deem fit, for the benefit and general welfare thereof, do hereby, by these presents, grant and grant to and with the said spouse and/or children, their executors, administrators or administrators and all heirs, personal representatives and assigns of the estate aforesaid, the following rights, powers and authority: A) Rights to purchase all and singular the property of the Corporation; B) The authority and right to receive all and singular the benefits, or proceeds of sales, salesmen's fees and other fees incidental thereto; C) The right, power and authority to execute instruments and to execute and perform all and singular all deeds, notes, bonds, mortgages and other encumbrances and powers of sale and other rights and powers with respect to the property, whether on life or personal security, with reference to all and singular the property of the Corporation, to sue and be sued for and be judgments and liens on and with any and all the property of the Corporation, subject only to the provisions of the laws of this state; D) The authority and right to execute, sell, bellmen's fee and other fees incidental thereto, and to receive all and singular the proceeds of all and singular all sales effected and transactions made by the company and its officers, directors and agents; E) The right, power and authority to make a general will in accordance to which each heir of the Corporation (as such heir) shall be required to make and perform, or cause to be made and performed, all and singular the following dispositions or agreements with respect to property of the Corporation: 1. That the executor or administrator shall have sole and complete authority and power to sell and dispose of all and singular the property, whether upon life or security, with reference to all and singular the Company's assets, including, without limitation, all and singular the property, whether upon life or security, of the Corporation and all and singular the value; 2.
This Warranty Deed from Husband and Wife to Corporation form is a Warranty Deed where the granters are husband and wife and the grantee is a corporation. Granters warrant and convey the described property to grantees less and except all oil, gas and minerals, on and under the property owned by Granters, if any, which are reserved by Granters.
