Stain the tissue sections using appropriate stains or antibodies to visualize specific cellular components or markers.

Cover the stained tissue sections with a coverslip using mounting medium to preserve the specimen and prevent air bubbles.

Allow the mounting medium to dry completely and then examine the prepared CNS slides under a microscope.
