 The registration form is not used for the filing of nominations or for the filing of determinations of eligibility for specific properties or districts. The form is to be submitted to the National Park Service Historical Publications, Division of Public and Government Relations. Registration Form: No. 10-900 Form 10-900 Rev. 8-86. The National Park Service will notify the applicant of a public hearing with the date, time, and location to submit written comment to the Director-NPS. If the applicant has an association, the organization must submit written comment to the Director- NPS. The Director-NPS will respond to the written comment submitted by July 24, 2016.  The Director-NPS will determine, in writing, whether additional information is needed to complete the determination, in which case the application(s) will come up for further consideration. A hearing for the determination will be held within 30 days of the Director-NPS's decision. If the determination is negative, the application(s) will become ineligible. The Director-NPS can make a determination (in whole or in part) on the basis of any other information the Director-NPS considers relevant. This includes (1) the applicant's history, (2) information given by the applicant, (3) information obtained by the Director-NPS during the evaluation, and (4) any other information the Director-NPS is authorized to consider. The Director-NPS will give written notice of the determination to the applicant (as indicated on the form) and to the local representative of the applicant organization for each property. If the applicant did not pay the application fee, the park will issue a notice to the applicant, the local representative of the applicant organization, and the applicant organization. The notice will advise the applicant that the matter is under appeal. The applicant will have one further opportunity to pay the application fee and submit a revised application. If a fee payment is not received, the park will notify the applicant, the local representative of the applicant organization and the applicant organization. The matter will be placed on hold pending the review by the Director-NPS. The application will become ineligible, the Director-NPS will notify the applicant and the local representative, as indicated on the form, that payment of the applicable application fee will be required by July 31, 2016. If no payment is received by June 30, 2017, the application will be returned to the applicant.
