A list of the chemicals contained within the container(IES) and their concentrations in the container(IES) and any other information required by OSHA. Materials in a container at least as large as the total surface area of the container as indicated above must be marked with: For Class I — the word SILVER with an oval in the upper right corner to be read, for Class II or III — the word GOLD with an oval in the upper right corner to be read, and for Class IV — the word SILVER. Each container of the type indicated above MUST have: 1. A label showing the name of the manufacturer with the name of the material, the number of grams of the material, and the material classification (if applicable) in both English and Spanish 2. In the upper right corner of the container, at least the following text, in at least a boldface type: “Warning: This material contains chemicals which can cause serious injury or death and should not be swallowed”. The material must also have the following label information in at least a boldface type: The word SILVER; the word MESOPHYLL [PYR-OPHYLL-NOY]; the word METABOLITE as noted in the Material Information section of the MSDS; and the word “Contains” or “Contains Poison” or “WARNING: Contains” or “DANGER: Contains Poison”. Each container of the type indicated above MUST be accompanied by: 1. A copy of the manufacturer's statement in both English and Spanish if the manufacturer has a certified copy of that statement 2.
