Participants who have been ATE participants or volunteers in 2012, or have completed ATE-related training or education in the 2 academic year, will automatically receive three (3) free registrations. For the purposes of this invitation, students who have graduated without ATE training or education counted as a project participant. Contact ATE Project Coordinator (ATR) Beth K. Believe Telephone Beth.mclegateteachthefuture.org ATE Projects will choose up to one (1) ATE team to serve as sponsors (and team members) during the conference. Project sponsor teams, or teams of sponsors will be paid a total of 4,000 and will receive three (3) complimentary registrations during the conference. Additional sponsors will pay registration and conference fees, but will not be eligible to sponsor an ATE project (project sponsor team). Sponsoring a project involves a three-step process. First the sponsor will create and complete an online application form for a team of ATE project sponsors (see “Get Involved on Your Campus”). Second, the ATE project sponsors will meet with the ATE Project Coordinator to submit formal team plans to participate in ATE 2013. Third, the ATE Project Coordinator reviews the team's plans and, if they are accepted, selects the team as an ATE project sponsor. Please note, if a project sponsor's team is selected as a team of ATE project sponsors, additional costs (travel and accommodations) will apply — contact sponsors regarding further cost details prior to submitting a request for funding. ATE Teams Each team participating in ATE-2013 will receive one (1) complimentary registration, with two (2) additional discounted registrations available for teams of up to five (5) people each. Registrations for groups of people will be discounted for each additional person on the team or person-per-center structure.
