The card may be revoked, suspended or revoked at any time if it is proven that it has been used for unauthorized use. The Caribbean Waterspouts facilities are licensed and regulated by the Office of Natural Resources, Parks and Wildlife Conservation of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which has jurisdiction and control over all coastal waters.
