MPH, Health Officer Mary Jo Miller, Community Services Officer, San Francisco Department of Public Health Mapping San Francisco's Health Data Project to a Human Metabolism Data Base: What We Know So Far to Create the “San Francisco San born Data Base”? In 2011, the San Francisco Public Health Department released the first-ever public health metrics, called the San Francisco San born Data Base, which was designed to create a more complete and accurate portrait of all public health activity in San Francisco by mapping and quantifying the impact of public health initiatives, programs, and activities on the health of the people of San Francisco. From that point forward, information about San Francisco's public health activities has been available at, including the San born data, a database that contains information on the health of San Francisco's residents and a range of San Francisco Department of Public Health programs and activities. In collaboration with the Department and San Francisco Department of Public Health's Center for Health Systems, Kaiser Permanent San Francisco, the San Francisco County Health Officer (DPH), and the University of California San Francisco, Healthy San Mateo has worked with the San born database to map out San Francisco's health and environmental health metrics, including San Francisco's “environmental footprint,” which quantified the impact of San Francisco City services and programs on the health of San Francisco's residents. This project is the first in a series of data-driven tools the San born database will provide the public health community, the San Francisco Department of Public Health, and the broader health workforce in the region through the end of the San born data project in 2020, once the project has passed the final development stages of data analysis, modeling, and visualization processes. What is “San Francisco San born Data Base” — What is San born Disease Tracking data? We believe you asked this question many times, so the answer is really simple: “San born database is a collection of mapping, data integration, and data visualization tools that the San born Disease Tracking Consortium is using to track and compare the impact of environmental, social, and behavioral factors, including disease, on San Francisco's health and well-being. The San born database also contains data on the city's public health programs and efforts.
