In addition, a person employed as an elementary school teacher in this State may not offer to students any course of study at CSU to complete a degree that is approved to confer any of the following: certificate or diploma in accounting; certificate or diploma in auditing; certificate (or equivalent) in tax accounting and reporting; certificate in professional compliance for accounting; public accounting certificate or certification; public accountant internship certificate; or financial auditing or fraud certification; or certification or license to practice public accounting.
