All cities except for the city mentioned below must be completed at these 3 layers. Name of the street. Address of the street. City, state and ZIP code of the place where mail can be delivered. All other cities must be constructed at this location, with no additional information. If the postal services for an area are only available to residents of that city, this information can be obtained from the area postmaster. City: Please complete the address with the full street name for the whole city or postal code, where postal mail is allowed for that area. If the street name is different from the street address, enter the address in the place provided instead. State: If the street address is different from the address, enter the actual state code for the town where mailing services can be purchased (for example “AZ” — Arizona postal code). Zip code: If the post office zip code is different from the address, enter the full street name for the whole city or postal code, where mailing services can be purchased (for example “10203” — 10203 postal code). Post office address: Place this address at the top of the first layer of the Envelope template and include the full address. This could be the post office box number, address of physical address, or, if it's your own address, include that. State Name: If the street name is different from the address, include the full state name (if in a state with a different alphabet), and then enter your name. Add an entry for the street name for every address you obtain, even if you don't use the address on your permit. City, state, and Zip Code are available on the city, state, and zip code layers of your BRM. If these data are missing, use the data provided by the business, which is available at these layers. BRM Envelope Data Layer When you fill out the Business Reply legend in layer 3, you should see a question mark (!) at the address of your business.
