Grant Eligibility Requirements Must demonstrate that the proposed program: Will be effective in delivering the goals, objectives and related priorities for which the grant is procured; and Will achieve and maintain the same level of performance across the NCAA and NICE. For fiscal year 2008, the AGs requested 1,500,000 for the application submission portion of this program.
