We recommend getting a banner ready to hang on your booth, and the same type of banner for both Miller Park and Main Street. Some vendors may put a banner on their booth as they leave the area; do not be surprised if you do not see them. Some companies will put a banner on their booth while they are driving through town; do not be surprised if you do not see them. If you have set up at the Miller Park Fireworks Show, you MUST put your banner up in advance and leave it until you are sure you are not going to be there on July 4th. After the Fireworks show, you can stay for the festivities, but if your Banner must come down, please call Brenda to discuss the cost. Please note that if a booth has a banner that will cover the space at one end of the booth, they cannot put a banner on their second end of the booth between July 3rd and July 4th without paying to have that space covered by a new banner.
Groups with a banner must display the banner over their booth so that it is visible to ALL customers as they enter and leave their group. When you enter a business, it is not reasonable to expect that everyone in the business will see it on your banner. A banner cannot be larger than 14 inches by 10 inches and cannot be hanging in the doorway of the building. We have had problems with a number of businesses with larger banners hanging on their second ends as well.
