This included adding a separate database for license renewal applications which the new system allows AI to continue processing. — AI made minor updates to the online license renewal forms for users, including the addition of an FAQ page with additional instructions for users. — AI made one update to a website to help users submit forms directly. — AI also continued with a full review of online tax services including website, tax software downloads, and tax forms from the IRS. In addition to the above enhancements, AI updated its Web server in July that would allow it to more efficiently handle additional traffic from applicants for license renewal.
