Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

What do you like best?
The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have many documents that have to be changed constantly. Tax Exemption Forms, Charts and Invoices. This makes it very easy.

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. Great way to electronically complete forms! I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents! It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.
