I bought this to use at work. It's so easy to use and keep documents looking professional. It's nice that it's cloud based so I can use it when working remotely as well. The mobile app is great too. A great resource for a great price.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. This tool is very helpful to me. I can easily edit the PDF file using this tool. Very easy to use and I can used it anywhere.

It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

Why are my scanned PDF files so large?
The dots per inch (DPI) of the scanned image is often the primary cause of a large PDF file. By default, most scanners record images at 300 DPI, which is the minimum DPI for any image that is printed after scanned. However, for a PDF that is for screen reading, the DPI should be 72.
How do I reduce the KB of a scan?
Scan your document at a lower resolution (96 DPI). Remove all empty space around the image. Shrink the image. Reduce the JPG image quality.
How do I resize a scanned document?
ANSWER:Open the scanned document in Page view. Go to “Page” and then “Image Size”. Here you can change the size of the image to the desired settings by changing the height and the width. Click on the “OK” button. Jun 21, 2002
How do I change the MB size of a file?
Click the File tab. Click Options and then click Advanced. Under Image Size and Quality, use the drop-down to select whether you want the change to apply to a specific document or all new (and future) documents.
