Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

The forms have proven very useful in the preparation and filing of business income taxes.

Highly Recommended Excellent experience. It saves me a great deal of time. Cost effective. The software is very easy to use. A real timesaver. Sometimes it is a little slow in saving/processing various functions.

Negates deciphering handwriting When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that. I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

If you are an insurance biller....this is the software you need! The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

It is an awesome program... I do so little on it I have to start over every year trying to figure it out... Thanks so much for your help.. I was lost ... You guys are the best...
