I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

I really like the ease in using this program. I have tried other PDF software but find them all very awkward to use. I am just not sure about the pricing. I assume I signed up for 12 months? This is a great program and I don't have to hand print documents when most documents are PDF anyway.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. What do you like best? The support solved my problem really fast. Amazing. What do you dislike? It's quite expensive for an annual subscription. Is there any monthly option? Recommendations to others considering the product: It's really useful. Try it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They cancel my subscription even it has been charged. And the benefit was my CC transaction was voided. Amazing.

Had some difficulty aligning new… Had some difficulty aligning new paragraphs with existing ones. However with a little patience, I managed to do what I needed, great product.

It met what I needed but there is a problem with text fonts. In my case I needed a specific font and I couldn't find it, it would be interesting if it were possible to include a new font.
