great and very handy util. support in mobile and dasktop is awesome. ui needs to be simplified. if i have to diwnload a doc, i have to go thre four steps now..

I love the ease and speed I can convert docs to fillable pdf files. I am not so happy with repeatedly being asked to rate the features, take a survey and attend a webinar.

What do you like best?
Being able to change a document you need to edit.
What do you dislike?
The time it takes to learn at the age of 59. It is frustrating to not know how to work new technology quickly.

Very easy to use Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.
