Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I think if I am going to do this often, I will love to purchase this software. Thanks.

I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

Great product and full refund when cancelled before trial ended I took out the trial and paid 2 x €1.25 installments. I used the product which was the best I found especially given you can edit PDFs with it. I cancelled after a few hours and both payments were refunded as promised. I would have been happy to pay a single use fee for this service but the subscription is too much for my once off use case

im amazed to learn about this! I want to acknowledge the amazing Customer service you have here. How he handled well my concerns. And thank you because I accidentally activated 2 account under my two emails.. CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account. Thank you Sir for your assistance and patience.
