I purchased a change to my account in error. I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.

What do you like best? It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it. What do you dislike? The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the trial offer What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.

PDFfiller has great customer support PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough. But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service. I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly. I cannot recommend them enough.
