This is AWESOME!!! I have been able to use the Search feature and have found each form that I needed, so far. Also, I really like the Alignment feature so all text looks professional. Thank You
It successfully sent a fax for me. I was able to upload forms that I needed from years past. So far, it has been exceptional. Will re-rate after a little more experience with it.
What do you like best?
The result of editing and filling out PDF documents so the end product looks professional and neat.
What do you dislike?
Some of the editing features don't always line up perfectly in the final document. The efile feature is not always accepted for requires signatures.

We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

So far just teaching myself but thought it was free for personal use. Would love to learn full usage and get app free if possible. I am a student and do some voluntary work.
Great resource
This looks like a great source. My situation become more complicated than anticipated and I had the need for an attorney. Otherwise, this would have worked great.
