I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. A representative contacted me right away and refunded my money before I could even ask. For that, I am truly appreciative and wish more companies would follow their example.

I am enjoying using the software and finding it helpful completing my VAT forms, I wish you could tab along though from column to column rather than use the space bar. It's a good piece of software though.

I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever. I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Slick tool. Nice editing capabilities. Some of the menus are confusing - for example: finding where to update an existing link to fill document is challenging.

PDFfiller is a great resource for business needs and ordinary forms we use every day. I'm finding as I use PDF filler more, the more I see the value for business and tax time. I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. I have not had to call for help yet, but I know if I do I will be greeted and questions answered, very professional platform. I have only used it once before and I like it. Some of the fill-in spaces are challenging, but I'm sure it is because I haven't mastered the software yet.
