The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.
Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

Uploading documents is extremely slow, and you cannot upload multiple files at the same time.

All the hassle has been removed, I can enjoy my remaining time with my family. I can easily teach my student using PDF, and can easily send my signatures in every document to my boss. Everything is so convenient.
Its really hassle to sign contracts specially in Online, what I do before is I will print it and scan it again, before I'll send to my boss, or even some papers that needed to be signed. Using pdfFiller makes my life less hassle, I can easily put my signature in different papers as fast it can be, and immediately send via email to my boss. Since I have students, I need something that are very convenient and all topics in different PDF, I'll make it in one PDF so that my students will understand better and not using too many tabs, they can focus on one PDF only and make the student more convenient in studying. I mostly enjoy being able to use this software on my cell phone, and then able to complete PDF's when normally this would not be possible.
