I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.
Great customer service
This is a great site and if I had a business I would probably use it, but I only needed to sign and fill 2 documents during my 30-day free trail, so the cost of an actual subscription wasn't worth it. I attempted to cancel my subscription on the site but couldn't for some reason. As soon as I asked for a refund, however, it was immediate and customer service could not have been more helpful. So it would have been 5 stars if cancelling the free trial was a little easier. Also, if there was a lower subscription for very light usage I would be interested in that.

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
