Outstanding customer service So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

Questions & answers

While you might want to ask your parents or your best friend, your first port of call for references should always be previous employers, preferably your last one. If you've got several previous employers to choose from, pick one that's in a similar sector to the one you're applying for.
Importantly it should cover the relationship between the subject and yourself, as well as how long you have known each other. It should also include examples of your character, personality and work ethic.
It's best to download a template that gives you guidance when preparing a Letter of Recommendation. You need to show some effort before asking someone to write you a letter.
Asking a Friend to Be a Reference First, be sure to ask if they feel comfortable being a professional reference, and if so, let them know that you're using them as one. Second, take the time to share the job description with them, and suggest some relevant skills they should mention that tie into the position.
What should I include in a character reference? Your relationship with the candidate. How long you've known them. Information and examples of their personality and work ethic. Your contact details.
While the standard practice is for references to write their own recommendation letters, it's becoming increasingly common for time-strapped individuals to ask you to pen the first draft of a letter yourself.
