What do you like best? I like how intuitive PDFfiller works compared to using a typical graphic design application to fill out PDF forms. PDFfiller does a good job at understanding how to format common documents and makes it easy for me to download files after filling them out. I think that the pricing for PDFfiller is very reasonable and the website is designed very professionally. What do you dislike? I have been able to use PDFfiller very smoothly in the time that I've used it, but it's not always perfect when it comes to formatting certain documents. I think they are improving all the time though. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend PDFfiller for filling out digital documents, for sure. I think if you compare it to other cloud-based software tools, you'll see that it can work more smoothly with your workflow in many cases. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We work with lots of digital documents, and since it can take a long time to fill them out through printing, writing and scanning, PDFfiller really helps to streamline the document filling and signing process. Everyone on our team that uses PDFfiller was able to start using it without problems pretty quickly.

Questions & answers

The difference between the two is simple. In retained search, the recruiter is paid an upfront or scheduled fee to work on an exclusive basis, meaning they will be dedicated to work on the search. In contrast, contingency recruitment works on what would be best described as a 'no win, no fee basis' or 'success fee'.
Retained search is all about delivering results and guaranteeing that you get the talent you need. Retained search does involve an up-front fee and can have higher overall pricing. For this reason, retained search is often associated with senior-level positions, such as board members and CEOs.
Retained Search: Retained search is an agreement whereby an employer contracts exclusively with one recruiter to find a highly qualified candidate to fill an open management role. Contingent Search: Contingency recruiting is not an exclusive agreement.
Working on a retained basis means the recruiter will charge an upfront fee to the client to conduct a search. They will operate on an exclusive basis meaning the job will only be filled through this recruitment company.
The benefits of using a retained search firm: By leaning on their expert knowledge of the marketplace, these firms are experts at targeting and engaging with top-performing leadership talent employed by key competitors. The firm will assign a dedicated team committed to fulfilling the client's hiring needs.
Contingency recruiters are paid at the conclusion of the search process, when the client decides to hire one of the recruiter's proposed candidates. Retained executive search firms charge a consulting fee—paid as a monthly retainer—based on the scope, size, and estimated duration of the search process.
A retained executive search means the recruiter or headhunters charges an upfront sum in order to carry out the executive search. Additionally, retained recruiters operate on an exclusive basis, which means the job is exclusive to that specific retained executive search firm.
Here is my favourite line of questioning before I pitch retained search: The person How are they getting on? Do they like what they do? The Business What's going on? Talent Acquisition in general 'How is it going? ' Easy/tough. Current talent acquisition needs What do they need? Have they hired someone like this before?
