What do you like best? I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document. What do you dislike? I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

A certificate template defines the policies and rules that a CA uses when a request for a certificate is received. Many built-in templates can be viewed using the Certificate Templates snap-in (see Figure 12.17).
From your document, click File at the top left menu and adjust on Page Setup. Tap Insert and click Table to add a table as your certificate. Then, edit your certificate from its design, font, size, etc.
In the MMC, double-click the CA name, right-click Certificate Templates, and then click Manage. The Certificate Templates console opens. All of the certificate templates are displayed in the details pane.
Open Word, and on the side menu, click on New. Click on the Search Box and type certificate to display a number of certificate templates. Select a certificate template from the options provided and click on Create. The selected certificate will open as your new document.
