What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

Excellent features This allowed me to add to my PDFs that I couldn't before. This product saves time. I was trying to find something that lets me add a text box or even text to my pdf files. This product does this! Very cool! I can't think of anything. It does what I needed it to do. Excellent and easy to use for my documents.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Datatype: Type equations in TeX directly into Word. You can type TeX directly into your Microsoft Word document. When you are done, type Alt+\\ (Toggle TeX) to convert it to a Datatype equation. Later, if you want to edit the equation's TeX code, just type Alt+\\ again.
From the Datatype menu (or Tab), choose Convert Equations. Choose the following settings in the Convert Equations dialog: under “Equation Types to Convert”, select (as a minimum) “Datatype or Equation Editor Equations” and “Microsoft Word EQ Fields”. Set the Range to “Whole Document”.
Step 2: Click Start > All Programs (All Apps) > Windows Accessories > Snipping Tool. Step 4: Now the selected equation is display in the Snipping Tool window, please click File > Save As to save what you capture as a picture. Step 1: Click File > Save As > Browse.
On the Insert tab, in the Symbols group, click the arrow under Equation, and then click Insert New Equation. Under Equation Tools, on the Design tab, in the Symbols group, click the More arrow.
To convert the equations (along with the whole document), press the Convert button on the Word-to-LaTeX tab. After the main Word-to-LaTeX windows appears, just press the new Convert button again and wait a few seconds. Below you can see the LaTeX output produced by the converter.
Put the Equation Editor into LaTeX mode. In the Equation Editor Design ribbon, go to the Conversions group and click LaTeX. Type the LaTeX. Open the Convert dropdown menu and click Current — Professional. The LaTeX will be processed into the Equation Editor's native format.
Click inside, select all, copy, then paste into Word 2016 (it will not paste directly into Datatype). Before you paste into Datatype, confirm Word's settings are correct for this. In Word's Format menu, choose Equation Options (at the bottom). Click to select the option to “Copy Math ML to the clipboard as plain text”.
