Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!!

It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A Manufacturing Agreement is a contract between two parties for the manufacture and sale of goods.
Production of complete goods entirely by one firm for another, under the brand or label of the latter. For example, large companies that manufacture computer hardware use contract manufacturing for the smaller computer parts and components that are, in turn, manufactured by other firms.
Contract manufacturing is a form of outsourcing where a manufacturer enters into an arrangement or formal agreement with another manufacturing firm for parts, products or components, which the former will then use in its own manufacturing process, to complete its own product.
The idea of contract manufacturing is to enable the client to get one seemingly unimportant task off their hands and also save a lot of money in the process. The contractors have the necessary infrastructure and manpower to begin the production process and help the client expand and meet the global demand.
A toll manufacturing is when the manufacturer sends raw material to a third party service provider. The service provider provides a subset of manufacturing for a fee. Contract manufacturing is when a third party sources all raw material and produces the goods.
Toll manufacturing is extensively used by pharma industries, where the availability and sourcing of key raw materials and APIs are scattered across different geographical location. It is a not a standard SAP functionality. It is a complex process.
The following list includes the key provisions to look for when entering into a service agreement, including: payment, scope of services, amendment, termination, liability insurance, confidentiality, IP ownership, and choice of law/dispute resolution.
Services agreements are arrangements (usually informal) between two or more parties and are sometimes enforceable at law. Contracts are a formal arrangement between two or more party that, by its terms and elements, are always enforceable at law.
A contract for services is a contract by which a provider of services agrees to provide a service to a client in exchange for a payment. The person providing the services has several responsibilities under this kind of contract: work carefully. Act in the client's best interests.
Most contracts can be either written or oral and still be legally enforceable, but some agreements must be in writing in order to be binding. However, oral contracts are very difficult to enforce because there's no clear record of the offer, consideration, and acceptance.
The following list includes the key provisions to look for when entering into a service agreement, including: payment, scope of services, amendment, termination, liability insurance, confidentiality, IP ownership, and choice of law/dispute resolution.
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all of the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
To write a legal document for money owed, start by listing your name and address, along with the same information for the borrower. Next, include the payment provisions based on the type of loan you're providing.
Legally binding means that the parties must obey the terms written in the contract and perform their contract duties as stated. For instance, there needs to be a valid offer with a corresponding acceptance, and each party needs to exchange consideration (something of value).
The requisites for formation of a legal contract are an offer, an acceptance, competent parties who have the legal capacity to contract, lawful subject, mutuality of agreement, consideration, mutuality of obligation, and, if required under the STATUTE OF FRAUDS, a writing.
