What if I have more questions?
Save a copy of an annotated PDF
Go to File -> Document Properties and select Security tab.
Click Edit button to open the Change Document Security dialog.
Un-check Allow Filling Form Fields & Signing.
Check Password to Change Permissions checkbox and set the permission password.
How do I save a PDF with comments showing?
Click File options Save As
Choose a name and folder in which to save the file, then click Save. The PDF will be saved in the folder you chose.
Can I send a PDF with comments?
In Acrobat or Reader, open a copy of the PDF and choose Comment > Comments List > Options > Import Data File. Select a file with comments from reviewers. Add email addresses for other reviewers, as needed, and then click Send.
Use annotation and drawing markup tools to add comments in
Choose Tools > Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane.
Using the Options menu at the upper-right corner of the Comments list, do any of the following: Expand or collapse the comments.
