Prepare the PDF file. Save the PDF file you want participants to review. Send the PDF file for a shared review. Choose Comments > Send for Shared Review. Select a method for collecting comments. Invite reviewers. Send the PDF file.

PDF files, and Acrobat, are not designed for concurrent usage. You can think of the PDF form as the user interface, and several people can use the UI at the same time. But it is not a multi-user data storage mechanism.
Choose Tools > Edit PDF > More > Attach File. In the Add Files dialog box, select the file you want to attach, and click Open. To make the attachment viewable in Acrobat 5.0 or earlier, do one of the following: Save the PDF.
In a team conversation or in the Files tab, select More options. next to the file. Choose if you want to edit the file in Teams, on your desktop, or online. Select Start conversation to add a message about the file. Type your message or @mention someone and select Send.
