What if I have more questions?
With Office 2016, Microsoft introduced a new, highly useful collaboration feature in Word: Co-editing (or co-authoring), which allows multiple people to work on a document at the same time. People you share the document with can view or edit the file using either the free Word Online app or Word 2016.
Prepare the PDF file. Save the PDF file you want participants to review. Send the PDF file for a shared review. Choose Comments > Send for Shared Review. Select a method for collecting comments. Invite reviewers. Send the PDF file.
With one shared file, your team can work together on the same document, see changes, and have real-time conversations right in the file. Select Edit Document > Edit in Browser.
They have the option to edit or view in Word 2016 or Word Online (if they don't have Word 2016 installed). If you are in the document at the same time as others, you will see a flag representing each person and where they are located.
