What if I have more questions?
Export selected comments In the comments list, select the comments you want to export. Note: To open the comments list, choose Tools > Comments. From the options menu in the comments list, choose Export Selected To Data File.
On the menu bar go to Comments->Export Comments->XML. Open the comments pane by clicking on the Comments button at the bottom left of PDF Studio. Then click on the down arrow to open the export menu and select Export to XML.
Choose File > Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. When prompted "Do you want to include the text of summarized comments," click Yes. You can then print this PDF.
To select multiple comments, you need to click just below the top edge of each comment while holding down a modifier key. For example, to select a range of comments, click the first comment you want to select, and then Shift-click just below the top edge of the last comment you want to select.
