What if I have more questions?
To run the Extract Commented Pages Action, choose File> Action Wizard> Extract Commented Pages or open the Tools Pane and choose the Action Wizard to locate the Extract Commented Pages Action. Acrobat will ask you to confirm that you wish to run the Action. Click the Next button.
In Acrobat, open the clean copy of the PDF into which you want to import the comments. Select Import Data File. Select the PDF file containing the reviewer's comments you want to import. Click Open and the comments will be imported into the new PDF.
Export selected comments In the comments list, select the comments you want to export. Note: To open the comments list, choose Tools > Comments. From the options menu in the comments list, choose Export Selected To Data File.
Click the Print icon or choose File > Print to open the Print dialog box. In the Print dialog box, select Document And Markups from the Comments And Forms drop-down list. Your pop-up comments are visible in the Preview pane.
