What if I have more questions?
Open Acrobat: Click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document: Acrobat will automatically analyze your document and add form fields. Add new form fields: Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane. Save your fillable PDF:

Once scanned, Nitro Pro will automatically detect your scanned document, create a new PDF and prompt you to perform OCR to make it searchable and editable. Click on the Forms tab, and select Text Field. Click and drag on the PDF to manually create a text field over where the paper fields were already created.
Open the PDF file that you will use for the form. From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar. Click Button Tool. Position the cursor where you want the button to begin.
