How to export PDF markups and annotations into Excel spreadsheet
Choose Tools > Comment. The Comments toolset is displayed in the secondary toolbar and the Comments list is displayed in the right pane.
Using the Options menu at the upper-right corner of the Comments list, do any of the following: Expand or collapse the comments.
How do I export comments from PDF to Excel?
On the menu bar go to Comments->Export Comments->XML.
Open the comments pane by clicking on the Comments button at the bottom left of PDF Studio. Then click on the down arrow to open the export menu and select Export to XML.
How to export PDF markups and annotations into Excel
To select multiple comments, you need to click just below the top edge of each comment while holding down a modifier key. For example, to select a range of comments, click the first comment you want to select, and then Shift-click just below the top edge of the last comment you want to select.
How do I extract comments from a PDF?
Export selected comments In the comments list, select the comments you want to export. Note: To open the comments list, choose Tools > Comments. From the options menu in the comments list, choose Export Selected To Data File.
