What if I have more questions?
Open the PDF file that you will use for the form. From the Forms menu, select Add or Edit Fields From the Add New Field pull-down menu, select Show Tools on Toolbar. Click Button Tool. Position the cursor where you want the button to begin.
Choose Tools > Prepare Form, then select Button in the toolbar, and create a button. Double-click the button to open the Button Properties dialog box. Click the Actions tab, and select Mouse Up from the Select Trigger menu. Select Submit A Form from the Select Action menu, and then click Add.
Open Acrobat: Click on the Tools tab and select Prepare Form. Select a file or scan a document: Acrobat will automatically analyze your document and add form fields. Add new form fields: Use the top toolbar and adjust the layout using tools in the right pane. Save your fillable PDF:
