Just downloaded the software for a rush application. Works great. Much better than some I've tried. Very low learning curve. I was finished with with a four page job application in less than 30 minutes. Now that I have learned the simple controls I can do it in 10.
Very user friendly site. I did lose my first document, since I didn't select the 'DONE' box first. Maybe just a little pop up message on how important that step is would be helpful.
I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. Online help got me going in the right direction finally. I found navigating this program a little difficult but ask for help and voila.
I am sorry…..I am having a hard time. It is completely my own fault. And that is because I am computer illiterate. So I am trying to learn this stuff for the first time completely on my own. I wish I had someone to point me in the right direction. I already tried to watch You Tube. But it didn’t quite help. I am a total newbie. Beyond a newbie even, I guess. So sad….
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year.
