Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.
So far it has worked for what I need. I wish there was a better price for non profit corporations. AZ Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 charity but I had to buy myself because of the cost.
I hate having to type in a verification code when I leave for a bit. I know it is fro security reasons, but I would really appreciate it if you did not make it type the code.
The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Filling out forms on the daily used to be such a pain. Now it is easy!
so much better than printing a page, filling it out, getting my boss to sign it, scanning it, and emailing. upload a signature, fill it out, email or save to computer. easy peasy
Honestly nothing. If I HAD to complain, scrolling from page to page on a multi-page document isn't always smooth scrolling.

I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new.
I can't think of any downside to the product
Excellent product never had an issue so can't tell you what support is like. Upload, fill and print
Quick and easy to work with. Have used other pdf products and this is best for the price.
Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.
