INSTALLATION 1. This report is in order to verify the following requirements. 2. The Electrical Component has been installed as a part of an electrical installation in accordance with the requirements of British Standard 7671. THE CHEMISTRY INSPECTION REPORT 2. This inspection report is required because of the following reasons. 3. The electrical installation contained now or very poor quality material. 4. Any defects which may have been present in the original manufacture of the electrical appliance or its related parts are likely to cause the same defects present in the installed Electrical Components. 5. The Electrical Component does not comply as specified by British Standard 7671 or the Standards listed in Table VI. 1. The customer has submitted a valid written warranty from the Electrical Manufacturer of the Electrical Components specified in the installation. 2. The customer has submitted a written warranty from the Electrical Manufacturer of the original Electrical Equipment or related Parts which the customer was responsible for installing the Electrical Components on. These components should have been manufactured by the original supplier without modification or alteration by the customer. 3. The Electrical Installation does not include additional accessories, such as extra wire, wires or plugs, which are normally supplied by an electrical installation supplier. 4. The customer has received a written statement from the installer stating that they have conducted the installation in accordance with the British Standard 7671 or the Standards listed in Table VI. 5. The customer has received a copy of the current B.E.I.R.S.C.O. report issued by the B.E.I.R.S.C.O and has retained a copy. 6. The installation does not include new installations, and as such, no further checks should be carried out. 7. The customer has received a written statement from the installer stating that they have performed all the checks they have been requested to perform in order for the electrical installation to be considered as a successful installation. 8. The customer has obtained all necessary permits, authorizations and permissions necessary for the electrical installation from the respective relevant authorities such as Electrical Safety Authority, Electricity Authority, Environment Agency or Planning Authority. 9. The installation has been registered on the relevant local and national registers and the local planning authority and the relevant local authority has authorized the installation on the local planning authority's land. 10.
