Method 1: Copying Files to iCloud Drive on Mac with Option Drag Drop Select the file(s) or folder(s) as usual in the Finder of Mac OS X. Open a new Finder window and choose 'iCloud Drive' from the sidebar. While dragging the selected file to iCloud Drive start to hold down the Option key.
How to Upload a Video to iCloud Log in to your iCloud account with your account name and password. Select the iCloud Drive icon from the icons on the screen. Drag a video file from the desktop to the iCloud Drive window.
On your Windows computer, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane. If you don't see iCloud Photos, click Pictures in the Navigation pane, then double-click iCloud Photos. Drag photos and videos to the folder.
Turn on Desktop and Documents on every Mac you want to use with iCloud Drive. From your Mac, choose Apple menu  > System Settings. Click Apple ID, then click iCloud. Make sure iCloud Drive is turned on. Next to iCloud Drive, click Options. Choose Desktop & Documents Folders. Click Done.
If iMac not uploading videos to iCloud, simply enable iCloud Photo Library. On Mac, navigate to 'System Preferences'. Click on your Apple ID. Then, select 'iCloud'.
